We are open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to serve your pet’s needs. We are located at 4229 Van Buren Blvd in the City of Riverside across the street from Food-For-Less between Jack-In-The Box and Grace Community Church. Upon arrival at the hospital, leave your pet in the vehicle with the air conditioner on, enter the hospital, and check-in. We are open for routine cases and day emergencies from 7 am to 5:30 pm. We only treat urgent and emergency cases after 5:30 pm on a walk-in only basis. Appointments are available Monday through Friday and cases are seen on a first-come, first-serve walk-in basis on weekends. You will need to present government-issued photo identification for your pet to be seen. With the higher capacity of clients during Covid-19 we highly suggest that you arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment.
